Nature Lover, Soul Traveller, Sound Healer

Nature lover, soul traveller, sound healer, I’m drawn to all things ethereal, calm and nurturing. I began meditating at the age of sixteen and have spent many years developing my practice and enjoying the various worlds this opens up for me.

I have also spent almost two decades living overseas, travelling the world and exploring different cultures, beliefs and traditions. It was during this time that my interest in sound was peaked.

Trained by Tibetan Singing Bowl Teacher and Sound Healer Master Shree

Sound as a Conduit for Healing

I come from a musical family and grew up playing the piano, singing in choirs and enjoying sound in its many forms, so the concept of music and sound as a conduit for healing seemed only natural. I bought my first Himalayan singing bowl in India in 1998, but it wasn’t until 2010 that I travelled to Kathmandu to buy a full set of bowls and undertake training in singing bowl therapy from third generation Tibetan singing bowl teacher and sound healer Master Shree. The training was exciting, enlightening and inspiring and I continue to use the bowls I bought then in my work today.

Qualified Sound Therapist

The British Academy of Sound Therapy

The recent pandemic provided the perfect opportunity for me to fully focus on my passion, so I signed up for a Practitioner Level Diploma in Sound Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy. After completing the coursework, practical assessment and a portfolio of 15 case studies with distinction, I was awarded my Diploma.

My background in teaching has been a blessing in this work, as it has given me many of the skills required for holding space: listening, supporting, questioning, exploring, encouraging, facilitating and celebrating shifts, breakthroughs, insights and releases.

Life-Changing Breakthroughs

Sound is such a powerful tool to induce meditative states, reconnect with intuition, receive insights, release blockages, heal, grow and thrive.

Immense Healing and Growth

It is an absolute honour and privilege to help facilitate these gentle, yet life-changing energetic shifts and breakthroughs. I am genuinely blown away by the journeys my clients go on, the profound changes that take place and the immense healing and growth that I witness.

Sound is such a powerful tool to induce meditative states, reconnect with intuition, receive insights, release blockages, heal, grow and thrive. I can finally say that I genuinely love the work that I do and look forward to every session with compassion, curiosity and love.
